Pursuant to the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.001, the City Council of Mt. Enterprise, Texas will hold a regular meeting on September 22nd, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. at the Council Chamber of City Hall, 103 W. Gregg Street, Mount Enterprise, Texas and will consider the following matter to wit:I. Announcements a. Call to Order b. Invocation c. Roll Call and Certification of a Quorum II. Visitors/Citizens Presentation The City of Mt. Enterprise welcomes public comment early in the agenda of regular meetings. Those wishing to speak during the Visitors/Citizens Presentation portion of the meeting must sign in before the meeting begins. Speakers must observe a three-minute time limit at all times during the meeting, unless granted specific permission from the council to extend their comments. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to limit, table, or deny individual comment, if such comment is determined to potentially hinder the Council's ability to conduct city business during the council meeting. a. Consent Agenda All of the following items on the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and self explanatory by the Council and will be enacted with one motion.
