Pursuant to the Texas
Government Code, Chapter 551.001, the City Council of Mt. Enterprise,
Texas will hold a special called meeting on
September 18th, 2007, at 7:00
p.m. at the Council Chamber of City Hall, 103 W. Gregg
Street, Mt. Enterprise, Texas and will consider the following matter to
wit:
I. Announcements a. Call to Order b. Invocation c. Roll Call and Certification of a Quorum
II. Regular Agenda
a. Discussion and Approval of moving Regular Council Meetings to Tuesday nights (HLG) b. Discussion and Consideration of Interviewing the following for the Deputy Clerk’s position (RJBR) Gloria Wyvill Patricia Everitt Wendy Boatman Medina Weatherly Amy Marion Kristen Innerarity
III. Discussion Items
IV. Reconvene

| The City Council reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations About Security Devices) and 551.087 (Economic Development). | |||

The Mount enterprise City Hall and Council Chambers are wheelchair accessible. The entry ramp is located in the front of the building. Accessible parking spaces are also available in that area.
