His life's dreams were to be a cowboy and a Texas Ranger. At age 51, he's batting 500. He's ridden for a few "big brands" in Texas and a bunch of small outfits. Dave and his wife, Dyan, live in Nacogdoches, (the oldest town in Texas.) They have two married sons, Joshua and Caleb. Joshua and his wife Erin have two sons, Cade and Lane, and live in Nacogdoches. Caleb and his wife Dana are in St. Marys, Georgia. Caleb is a lance corporal in the U.S. Marine Corps. Joshua is a former U.S. Marine. Dave and Dyan have a chicken farm outside of Nacogdoches.
